Who we are

9make (9make.com) is run by 9Labs. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your files

You own what you upload and what you export. You give us no rights to it. Your projects are processed in your browser; we do not receive them.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content.
• No abuse of the MCP relay or the keyword proxy (no flooding, scraping or bypassing limits).
• No reselling or re-hosting the service.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Editing and previewing are free. Exporting needs Pro (or Lifetime), and Pro has a 7-day free trial. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Service as is

9make is provided "as is", without warranties. It may change, break or be unavailable, and we are not liable for lost work or indirect losses. Export your files and keep your own copies.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first. The operator will try in good faith to solve it with you.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using 9make after that means you accept it.
